Ron, Bill and all fellow members,

  The letter I sent to this list was sent to me only a few days ago
via the ABA list discussing these issues as seperate response
from ST-ISC@MAIL.ABANET.ORG of which was forwarded
by one of the list members. as follows:
(So perhaps Bill has forgotten in his busy schedual   I left out
his Email address in my original post in order to protect his
privacy as well hoping to keep him from being embarassed.
I see that was perhaps not possible due to Ron's insistance in being
obtuse...)
