Daniel and all fellow members,

  I agree and stated in an earlier post on this thread directed to
abel that he seems to be misconstruing what you have been
saying..

  But...  I cannot see why any such a forum cannot be open to
any and all members so as to have consultation and advice
that seems to be badly needed for the web team or whatever.
The excuse of flooding which has not yet occurred is spurious
unless or until it actually occurs...
