Beyond the case peculiar of Klein, there are ghosts integrating the Panel,
they have been carried out several votings ("No Confidence"), the Panel has
not communicated the results in an official way.

The Panel has 11 members, this number doesn't arise of a whim, it is the
sovereign decision of the members.

It would should closes this topic and to communicate to the members that
there is a complete Panel and working, and to advance to other topics to
work.

son fantasmas, se han realizado varias votaciones ("No Confidence"), el
Panel NO ha comunicado los resultados de forma oficial.

El Panel tiene 11 miembros, este número no surge de un capricho, es la
decisión soberana de los miembros.

Debería cerrase este tema y comunicar a los miembros que hay un Panel
completo y trabajando, y avanzar a otros temas para trabajar.
