Dear Mauro,
What I find surprising is that evey elected assembly once elected does 
three things:

1. thank/oppose the previous assembly for its results/non results
2. endorses the vote to enforce its legitimacy
3. publish its reading of the result of the vote and its mission

Three things this Panel did not really do. There are reasons for that. Not 
to be one of these reasons I removed myself. But I am not sure they can 
succeed if they do not go by the voters demands.
