Welcome, Mauro.

I am very pleased to welcome an active new member to the Panel, and I wish
you well in the hard work which probably lies ahead of you.

I also affirm the Panel's new no-nonsense approach, and determination to
insist on clarity and standards for this organisation. It was a nonsense to
have a panelist who opted out of decision-making. Mauro will get much more
involved. We must move forward, and output/results must drive this
organisation forward. This is beginning to happen.

This is good news!

It is with pleasure that I welcome Mauro D. Ríos to the atlarge
Panel. As of seconds ago, he has replaced Sebastian Klein who
has missed every Panel vote but one.

There's been more than enough discussion about this issue. Now
is the time to move forward. I encourage each of you to welcome
him on board.
