To Whom It May Concern,

I find this action taken by the interim "Panel" of this startup
organization to be reprehensible and unauthorized by any legal entity or
majority vote of the membership.  It is a sad state of affairs when an
organization in the midst of trying to grow and formalize takes the time
to swat at a fly and thereby sets a precedent which might allow future
abuses.  Regardless of the individual involved, any permanent action of
this sort should and must require a full membership approval and this
was NOT done in this instance, opening up those individuals involved to
possible legal liability.  Until such time as procedures for curtailing
membership are set in place, this "Panel" should take great care in
nurturing the membership, not negating it.
