May I ask some question about the email notify for winning a loterry FROM:
THE DESK OF THE DIRECTOR PROMOTIONS, INTERNATIONAL PROMOTIONS/PRIZE AWARD
DEPARTMENT

Is it real? Are you able to claim that amount of money?

The reason I ask this question because I also receive this kind of mail. So
I would like to ask for your experience, is it real or just a joke.
