Censor to face High Court test

OPPONENTS of Australia's Internet censorship law will mount a High
Court challenge to test its validity, as the Australian Broadcasting
Authority begins issuing take-down orders to remove offensive
content.
The National Adult Industry Association, also known as the Eros
Foundation, has confirmed it is preparing for a $250,000 High Court
challenge to the legislation. The action is being been backed by the
Australian Council for Civil Liberties.
