Nintendo's lawyers recently called a web site both "pornographic" and
"sexually explicity" as well as claiming it infringed on one of
Nintendo's trademarks.  Nintendo also sent the letter to the web
site's ISP.

Although most of Nintendo's charges were false, and some might even
say libelous, the ISP nevertheless shutdown the web site.  And since
Nintendo never responded to further inquiries, declined to put the
site back up.

Ain't a great country when a company like Nintendo can shutdown
a publication with essentially no proof.
