Man koennte sich ja auf den diskutablen Standpunkt setzen, dass, wenn es
denn eine erstzunehmende Gefahr bedeutet, das auslaendische Recht
vollkommen irrelevant waere. Darueber darf man ja nachdenken.
Dass es eine Gefahr ist, ist allerdings zu bezweifeln.
Dass es jemals "Plaene" gegeben hat, wage ich allerdings weiterhin auch zu
bezweifeln.
