Family-values advocates will meet with Attorney General John Ashcroft
next week, and are praying for a better response than they got during
the Clinton years.
Representatives of nearly a dozen anti-pornography organizations will
meet with U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft next week, hoping to
persuade him to step up the Justice Department's prosecution of
obscenity cases, an area they say was all but ignored during the
Clinton administration.
