US-Justizministerium plant Aktionen gegen Tauschbörsianer

Das US-amerikanische Justizministerium will das Urheberrecht
anscheinend mit allen Mitteln durchsetzen. Internetnutzer, die an
Tauschbörsen unberechtigterweise Musik, Filme oder Software anbieten,
sollen strafrechtlich belangt werden, berichtet der US-Newsdienst
CNet. Er zitiert John Malcolm vom US-Justizministerium, der meint,
dass es viele Menschen gebe, die mit ihren Tauschmanövern nach
US-amerikanischem Recht illegal handeln. Für ihn ist das Internet die
"größte Kopiermaschine der Welt".
