Kann ein mitlesender Jurist, der sich mit US-Recht auskennt, vielleicht
erklaeren, warum es nicht klar ist, wie weit dieses Urteil reicht? Oder
gibt es ausreichend Server-Kapazitaeten in Nordkalifornien, die den Export
ermoeglichen ;-) ?

Auch diese Unklarheit ist sehr bedauerlich, es sei denn, es fuehrt dazu,
dass wirklich gute Kryptosoftware exportiert wird, da nur die Sourcen
legalisiert sind, die dann von vielen Leuten auf ihre Qualitaet untersucht
werden koennen.

Hoffentlich ist der Import nach Deutschland nicht bereits verboten, wenn
das Krypto-Exportverbot der USA einmal ganz faellt.
