Wie sieht da ueberhaupt die rechtliche Situation aus (IBM ist
doch eine amerikanische Firma) ?

Ja, danach sieht es mir aus ... denn die meisten Attacken geschehen
halt nicht durch Backdoors sondern durch brute force oder
Implementierungsfehler(Zufallszahlen oder sowas ...).
(Oder bin ich da falsch informiert ?)
