General Information:
The European Commission, DG XXIV, has published
advance notice of an invitation to tender for a
study of Community consumer law and the
Information Society.
The study should aim at examining whether existing
Community law responds adequately to the new
environment of the Information Society. It should
identify gaps and provide suggestions on how to
rectify them if necessary.
