Actually New Zealand (unlike Australia) has very sensible and liberal
censorship laws  that are technology neutral. Hence they apply
irrespective of the medium of publication. That's why computer games
are an issue. The law in New Zealand also applies automatically to
material on the Internet hosted *within* New Zealand. There was some
moves a few years ago to try and restrict access to material on the
Internet hosted *outside* New Zealand, but common sense prevailed.
