The Wired article had some sloppy research but is corrected now (check
the link below). The date was wrong, it's October 21. Also the
American Justice Federation has nothing to do with it. They are a
crazy right wing group with militia connections that tries to use the
action for its own agenda. They also made up that very peculiar word
list.

The action is started by people on the hacktivism mailing list:

and the official page for the action will be on:

http://www.echelon.wiretapped.net/

I have my doubts about the usefulness of this action but that is an
entirely different matter.
