Verstößt gegen Art 14(2) des Internationalen Pakts über bürgerliche
und politische Rechte (IPbürgR) (den GB garantiert ratifiziert hat) und 
Art. 11(1) Internationale Erklärung der Menschenrechte -- Quivis 
censetur innocens.
Außerdem gegen Art 14(3)(g) IPbürgR -- Recht auf Aussageverweigerung.

Schließlich gegen Art. 6 Europäische Menschenrechtskonvention (EMRK). Klage 
beim EUGH sollte eine reine Formsache sein.

BTW: Ich sehe in der EMRK kein Recht auf Aussageverweigerung. Hab' ich's nur
übersehen oder ist das in Europa tatsächliche nur über den IPbürgR abgesichert?
