Micropayments ist eine von Robert Caillau's dringensten 
Forderungen und das schon seit ueber 2 Jahren. Das 
Consortium hat im Moment einen Micropayments-Spezifikation 
Working-Draft, der demnaechst Recommandation werden kann.
