My Math is probably wrong, but 2% of 35942 (@Large Registrations for 
Europe) is > 718 !
Even if only 70% activate their Membership until Aug. 31st, a Candidate 
will still require over 500 Endorsements to be on the Ballot !

Trying to get say 10 Candidates tied in with 750 Votes would mean to 
contact and coordinate over 20% of all european registered @Large 
persons. How would You try to do this ?

What I certainly would like to see on the @Large Web Site is not only 
the Number of Registrations per Region, but also the Number of 
Activations ! This would be a better Indicator of the Number of people 
really interested in ICANN and the Election.
