Jefsey,
you took me 100% wrong.
I'm pro Deregulation, as making Domain-Name-Regsitrations
global valid Trademark-Registrations on the First Come First Served
base means getting rid of stress with Money-seaking Advocats.
They when could no longer milk private persons who by random grapped
a domainname an other would like to have too, but sleeped too long.

There is no need for Government to be active in the DN Field,
as long as the is a good working private Organisation doing the work.
