A fulltext search on IPv8 in all RFCs turned up nothing. A fulltext
search in all Internet Drafts didn't either. 

On the FTP server I've found two files:

ftp://ftp.isi.edu/internet-drafts/draft-terrell-logic-analy-bin-ip-spec-ipv7-ipv8-09.txt

The files are empty except for a notice beginning with:

"This Internet-Draft has been deleted. Unrevised documents placed in the
Internet-Drafts directories have a maximum life of six months. After
that time, they are deleted. This Internet-Draft was not published as
an RFC."

I've found a copy of one of the original texts at

ftp://ftp.informatik.uni-bremen.de/pub/doc/internet-drafts/draft-terrell-ip-spec-ipv7-ipv8-addr-cls-00.txt

It makes for a hilarious read. This isn't even proper English, let
alone a sound technical idea.

And I'm amazed that you're not aware of the difference between RFCs
and Internet Drafts, although you claim you've been active in the IETF
for a long time.

I doubt that. I couldn't find any implementation, and I think I know
how to operate a search engine. Care to back up your claims?
