It's not difficult to get several (SL) domain names via us if there are good
reasons for. In most cases a single - deeper structured - SLDN is much more
consistent and easier to promote than a set of DNs for each purpose. This
requires to talk with the customer and to understand his needs. Of course,
this limits the amount of handled domain names and the minimal price.

Discussions with the concerned people does not open a wide range for abuse
activities.

SysAdmins are lazy on technical subjects. That's true. But please do not
expect a bastard registrar from hell answering only 'No, one domain should
be enough for everybody' here.

Difficult. I had a longer talk with Michael Schneider last week and he told
me a lot of the DNSO activities concerning the ICANN director board. If I
take this serious, ICANN is lobby driven and can not be influenced by single
people. Following his words ICANN decisions are made in the background
months before the official announcment. He told me some stories about
existing (in)active members: A few very active members produce a huge amount
of senseless documents hard to ignore. OTOH if a member is to inactive it
will be ignored in a profund way. So he concluded that @large directors will
be either not able to do the work necessary (will consume about six hours
daily without a supporting office) or give up in a few months due to the
missing links to the lobbying background.

To become a leading member of DNSO, I'd work for a larger registrar in order
to climb the hierarchy.

So the answer is still: Difficult, I'd like to do my part of work.
