Welcome to the world of Jeff Williams.

So far, I have not been able to detect a single statement of any import 
from him that is verifiably correct.
If you want to get a laugh out of an IETF person, mention "IPv8"; for extra 
credit, add "IPv16".

some more background info on him. He is the second biggest argument for 
mailing list posting controls being a necessary evil I have come across in 
recent years.
