Andrew,
on the icann-europe list, there have been quite a few discussions on
how to further structure the at large membership. There seems to be
very rough consensus that some kind of council to the European
@large director, and/or some kind of open mailing list shall be
created. It seems likely that an open list will be the first thing
to be set up, possibly by re-chartering the existing icann-europe
list, or possibly by creating a new list.
Would it be possible that ICANN announces such a list to the @large
members in one of the regular mailings, or on its web pages?
Thank you, and kind regards,
