Marc and all,

  The Tax that ICANN is attempting to levy is not legal in all
countries.  The US for instance.  Taxation without representation
is not legal as I said and is unnecessary as a means of funding
for ICANN.  We have been here before with ICANN and their
wanting to TAX the internet in some fashion.  The US Congress
nixed any taxes on the internet for several years.  How or why
the ICANN board believes with the Registry agreement that it can
sneak this TAX by again is beyond me....
