This is an important aspect. A secure name space has to be created in order to
get non-profit oriented individuals and organizations out of the line of
corporate legal fire. This can only be obtained by legal, not by technical
means. Every corporation that signs up with corporate name space could be bound
by a contract to respect free-speech name space.
Developing guidelines for corporate and free-speech name space allocation will
be fun ;)
