  As I hold dual citizinship and am spokesman for ALL INEGroup
members, which includes our EU members as well such a suggestion
would seem to be in appropriate.  However, it is well known and
also well documented, even on this list, that Harald has a personal
vendetta towards myself and ANY or all of INEGroup members.
He would as soon see a form of SELECTIVE CENSORSHIP,
which is practiced on the DNSO GA list be part of the "Rules"
of this or any list of which he participates...

  And the group as a WHOLE should make these decisions via their
VOTE, not by and edict.  If the latter, than openness is gone forever
on this forum....
