  I don't really know.  That would be those individuals and
organizations decision.  Some yes are on digest.  Most
however are not....

  However Marc, if there is information that you request or require
regarding INEGroup or our activities, as spokesman I am the person
to ask.  Or you may if you wish direct you queries to Bob davis
b.davis@netzero.net or David Jenson DNSipv6@aol.com.  However
they will likely just be kicked back to me in most instances...
