This is by far the best option. Unless we vote every week, the work is
manageable and I am willing to take it on , or else give someone you all
trust an administrator account for the Polling Booth.

Indeed.

Assuming that expatriate Europeans are included in the voters list,
I am volunteering  to let the Polling Booth function as a mechanism for
signup.
A simple declaration that one is a European citizen should suffice.
This keeps the work to a minimum.
The list of names will be published regularly on this list, but the email
adresses remain hidden to prevent spamming.
