hi,
it seems that oversea there are reports similar to Vittorio's "Can anyone
vote?" too.
mario
ps Vittorio, should you get in touch with Anupam?

Just reporting in that I just tried to vote in the At-Large Election for the
North American representative, but received the following frustrating error
message, after registering my rank-ordered preferences:
"We are sorry, but we are unable to process your request at this time."
I believe Election.Com was chosen by ICANN to run this election. My
recollection is that Election.Com also ran the online vote in the Arizona
Democratic Party nomination earlier this year. I lived in Arizona at the
time and I had the same experience trying to vote online in that election.
