Whomever this is and all,

  FYI:  All list members.  I just received this nonsense.  I thought I
would share it with you.  I hope you have and appropriate response.
I know we do.

To Wit:

  INEGRoup is not in support of the Cybersquating law in it's present
form.  We have been very public about that in the past.  I as spokesman
sent our position on the  Cybersquating act to Congress per many
congressmen's request.  Some modification to the original language
of that act was implemented as a result.  But the Cybersquating Act
is still inconsistent with reality of the Internet as it is today.

  Your suggestion, whomever this is, is even a more damaging
approach to addressing "Cybersquating" whatever that really is.
Hence we [INEGroup] do not and can not support your suggestion
here.
