Christian and all,
I agree that WIPO's "Confidence Factor" is declining at a much more
rapid rate with each poor decision such as the Madonna filing. However
this is an ICANN/WIPO contrived process that DID NOT have stakeholder
consensus in any form. As such it is not unexpected, nor should it
be.
