right, but the point is that when one read a list of words (even dot
separated) he gives more importance to the longest one. if you see
"madonna.us" or madonna.fr", you see madonna, not us nor fr.
if this was "madonna.france" or "madonna.unitedstates", the two things
could less be confused.
