Harald and all,
I guess this would depend on what "Unknown Addresses" really means.
Could it be possible that many of those envelopes contain valid addresses
that were either overlooked, not properly determined and marked as
"Unknown addresses", or just not enough time or staff to properly
do the checking necessary to be sure?
