Jefsey: WXW (William X. Walsh) has not be banned, neither
has Jeff -- only Jim Fleming has been banned for breaching
the crossposting rules several times even after a warning.
So I don't view the exclusion as censorship (there have to be
minimum civil norms in order to conduct a discussion),
but I would be fine with an additional full list.
