note: arguing for the outcome you see as the right one is not an example of 
not acting in good faith.
I am pretty sure some of the board members honestly see the SOs as more 
representative of the users' interests than the At Large is. That is a 
good-faith viewpoint, it just happens that most of us don't agree with it.

[note: I do not copy members-meeting, since I am not a member, it does not 
allow "outsider" posts, and I have not yet seen any suggestion that it is 
more representative or has a wider reach than the icann-europe list]
