[icann-eu] URGENT Study Committee: Draft & Call for Input

I have posted another draft of the comments on the Study Committee
staff paper.  You can find it at

Thanks to Alexander Svensson and Alan Lenton for their input.

One issue which is not addressed in this version of the draft is the
issue of timing.  We should possibly include another section on
that.

A possible modified time table (suggested by Alexander Svensson)
could look like this:

- Study completed until Stockholm Meeting Jun-2001
- (Time period for more discussion)
- Board amends bylaws at Annual Meeting Nov-2001
  *at the latest*
- (New At Large applications)
- (Election of At Large directors)
- New directors seated at 1st/2nd? meeting 2002
  *at the latest* (March/June 2002)
