Constituencies are not the same thing a board seats, Harald, just in case
you didn't know that. As such, the ccTLD/gTLD registries DO NOT
have equal representation on the ICANN board, and certainly DO NOT
have equitable representation on the ICANN board as they (ccTLD
registries) are being required to pay 1/3 of ICANN's budget...
