There will not be a mailing list that offerrs 100% of the content on the
site. There might be an "announce" list -- but not right away. I'm told
that the latest set of security patches we installed get in the way of the
sendmail module. I don't know why.
So at least in the short run, there will be no mail at all. We will take
no copyright in submissions, so anyone would be free - with consent of the
author - to mail the content themselves.
