Am I the only one who found those comments highly arrogant? How is she a
more competent person than any of the people elected, all of whom had as
far as I know from a serious to an extremely serious technical background?
Furthermore, from here it looks as if the staff - mostly lawyers with less
of technical background than even I, a former programmer but not a network
tech, have, seem to be making most of the decisions.
Furthermore, even accepting her comments at face value, how does this
technical expertise translate into making rules about arbitration such
as the UDRP? Rather badly on the evidence, I would say...
