The question is wether other regions have the same tools (like this
mailinglist) at their hands or not. I doubt the single african candidate
has much to discuss with himself (except his MSCE qualifications ;), but
north america might have.

The best way would be to contact them openly, all at once, with the same
letter that we should draft.

No hurry necessary, though, as this will most probably be past-nomination
stuff :(
