Dear Marc, dear Thomas:

Not blowing ICANNs horn here, but I doubt that their crystal ball
was any clearer than others. I.e., they did not know what to expect
either. I am sure they are wondering what kind of new board
members they will get.

The letter Marc suggested is a good idea. Maybe we can get them to
look at "their" nominees in terms of reserve candidates.
If you want my input, Marc, please let me have your draft.
