[ICANN-EU] My support goes to Lutz Donnerhacke

As mentioned a few times I planned to give all my support (isn't much, of
course but at least includes my vote) to another candidate.

Which will be Lutz Donnerhacke.

The reasons for this decision were:

- his views are o.k.
- his ideas sound interesting, and compatible with mine
- he has the technical and social competence
- he has actual chances to get nominated (as oposed to other candidates
  with maybe nicer views)
- when I started to candidate there were only very few others, which IMHO
  were not suited to the task. Of course this changed rapidly, and it is
  senseless to take votes away from competent other candidates.

That is... I trust him to do the job.

Consider doing the same!
