I'm agree (not influenced from my list position, I'm the fifth) with
your idea. But especially the number of nom-cand per region should be
equal. Europe has more candidates and more members and can elect fewer
nom-cands. That is not a democracy. But I know, how the ICANN board can
change the election rules - now in the election process - without injury
of anyone?
It is an idea, may be for the next time.
