Re: [ICANN-EU] UDRP

Dear all,
two points:

Almost. ;)
http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/rules/supplemental.html
But still -- no way to escape the UDRP unless you start
a court case.

If you should become an ICANN director, this will most probably
be one of the proposals you have to decide on. (Just some of
the questions that come to my mind: Will people only be able to
register the name, e.g. mueller.nom or sabine.nom? If so, will
people be forced to share that name with other Muellers? If not,
what is the advantage except for the one lucky person getting
it in the first split second? Or will there also be a cocacola.nom?
Will not lawyers register it for the company they work for?
How about private initiatives, NGOs? I'm sure that such a proposal
will be made, but I'm not sure whether this really is the solution.)

Best regards,
/// Alexander
