OK, here is the Greek situation:

Until end of August more than 90% of people are on vacations.

mentioned my case in one of their emails, after an
email of mine informing them for the 31 Aug. deadline.

NO, but judging from my case, I believe that the majority of the 
62 Greek members@large must have received their PINs. If 
they have opened their mailboxes is another story.
