A boycott from a country is useless. Any boycott should be internet-wide.
However, I do not want a boycott. But the possibility of a boycott is not
a bad thing. It serves as an incentive for ICANN to do its job
good/better, because alternatives may be set up for most of its tasks, if
not all.
