Difficult to answer. I tested it 2000-09-27 20:00 till 22:00 on Mr. Michael
Schneider and my regional data protection registrar
(Landesdatenschutzbeauftrage).
While my regional registrar did not got an idea what I spoke about (she
seems to keep in this mode while the conference next day:
http://www.rewi.hu-berlin.de/Datenschutz/DSB/SH/somak/somak00/somak00.htm )
Mr. Schneider agreed with me in all aspects. This was a rather strange time.
Of course on his panel next day he turned his mind accordingly to the
reports I got.
Assuming that Mr. Schneider had turned his device on, he had a really good
implementation. And he told me that he tested it on ICANN meetings.
Unfortunly even this device was not able to keep him satisfied. Coming from
a lobby organisation he felt being not strong enough to overcome the already
existing lobbies there. So he developed a unusual black humor on ICANN.
