This is not a proposal. This is an existing tax. Did you not know where
the Corporation you were running for, gets its money from?
There already is a $0.33 tax on every domain name in the com/net/org TLDs
(ccTLDs is somewhat more difficult to levy right now :-))). ICANN gets
that. Every year it does for every domain.
